MASTER PLAN

Each Building (U) has a land usage (LUR per unit) of 2,000 sq. m. in a total landscaped property of more than 60,000 sq. m.
The size of each plot gives an opportunity for offering a wide range of services while having affordable common expenses at the same time.
24-hour Security Service, guardhouse at the entrance, perimeter fence, CCTV around the perimeter of the building complex.
Barbecue and “parrillero” for use by the members of the building complex.
Free use of Pelota and Tennis Courts; the electric consumption must be paid if electric power is required.
Maid Service
Clubhouse with a semi- olympic swimming pool, gym with training equipment, sauna, massage area, Squash and Racquetball Courts, Basketball and Football/Soccer fields. Payment not included in the common expenses.
